摘　　要： 汽车电动门锁闭锁器使用润滑脂进行润滑,由于实际使用条件的限制,需要做到终身润滑。对直推式汽车电动门锁闭锁器和摆臂式汽车电动门锁闭锁器进行耐久性实验,并考察多种可用于闭锁器上的润滑脂的性能。实验表明,闭锁器的主要故障有出现异响、打滑、卡死等。分析闭锁器工作失效的原因,提出闭锁器的结构、控制、润滑等的优化方案。 Automobile electric door lock device is lubricated with grease,it needs a lifelong lubrication for actual working conditions. Durability tests were conducted for direct-pushing type locking devices and swing arm type locking devices, and the performances of greases for lock devices were tested. Results show that the main failure of lock device is abnormal sound, spin, stuck and the lubrication failure. By analyzing the failure reasons of the locking device, three optimization methods were provided respectively from the structure, control and lubrication, and so on.
