摘　　要： “唱读讲传”是一项文化传播活动。传播学中的“培养”理论、“使用与满足”理论、“议程设置功能”理论、“把关人”理论、“二级传播”理论、“知沟”理论启发我们，“唱读讲传”活动旨在传播社会主义核心价值观，满足活动参与者的精神需求。开展“唱读讲传”活动，应当形成和引导大众的“议事日程”，履行“守门员”职责，发挥意见领袖作用，开展“信息扶贫”。 The ＂singing. reading, telling, and spreading＂ is a cultural dissemination. The ＂culture＂ theory in Communication, the theory of ＂uses and gratifications＂, the theory of gatekeeper, the theory of ＂secondary transmission＂, and the theory of ＂knowledge gap＂ inspired us that the ＂singing, reading, telling, and spreading＂＂activities designs to spread the socialist core values, to meet the spiritual needs of participants. To carry out the ＂singing, reading, telling, and spreading＂ activities, should form and guide the public ＂agenda＂, and fulfill the role of ＂gatekeeper＂, play the role of opinion leaders, and carry out the ＂help-the-poor by information ＂.
