摘 要: 以盆栽文心兰切花品种‘黄金2号’幼苗及成熟苗为研究材料,研究持续2个月的半干旱和干旱胁迫对其生长及光合生理特征的影响。结果表明,文心兰幼苗及成熟苗在干旱胁迫下,生物量积累减少,根冠比增大,叶绿素含量下降,净光合速率、气孔导度及蒸腾速率下降,植株生长势削弱。同时,研究发现,半干旱胁迫下,文心兰幼苗的反应不及成熟苗敏感。 Small and big oncidium seedlings were used to study the effects of semiarid and drought stress for two months on their growth and physiological index . The results showed that the small and big seedlings reduced their dry matter accumulation, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, stomata conductance and transpiration rate, hut increased the root/shoot ratio together with the decreasing of suhstrates moisture. Meanwhile under semiarid treatment (substrates moisture under 50% ) , small seedlings was more sensitivity than the big ones.
