摘 要: 综述了LuAG纳米粉体常用的制备方法:固相反应法、共沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶燃烧法、混合溶剂热法及溶剂热法等,简要地分析了各种方法的优缺点,并展望了溶剂热法是目前LuAG纳米粉体制备中最具发展前景的一种合成方法。 The preparation methods of LuAG nanopowders such as solid state reaction method, coprecipitation method, sol-gel combustion method, mixed solvothermal method and solvothermal method, were summarized in this paper. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were briefly discussed, respectively. Based on the above analysis, solvothermal method was presently considered to be the most promising candidates in the preparation of LuAG nanopowders.
