摘　　要： 大学为社会培养"合格建设者"和"可靠接班人",大学生不仅需要具备一定的文化素质,良好的道德素质和健康素质,同时还必须具备良好的法律素质。药家鑫案的发生引发对中国大学法律基础教育的审思。重构大学法律基础教育,需尊重学科教育规律,呼唤法律启蒙、人性教育回归、健全大学生法律素质,以完成传授法律知识、培养大学生法律素质的教育使命。 Universities try to cultivate ＂qualified constructors＂ and ＂reliable successors＂. University students should not possess the cultural quality, sound morality, and physical health, but also be legally educated. Yao Jiaxin＇s case triggers the contemplation of the fundamental law education in the Chinese universities. The recon- struction of the basic law education in the universities needs to respect the nature of subjects, call for the legal en- lightenment, return to the humane education, so as to fulfill the legal education mission, including the transmission of legal knowledge, and cultivation of university students＇ lezal aualitv.
