摘　　要： 选取IFLA数据库来自德国、波兰等33个国家的图书馆学会或协会所制定或修订的图书馆协会伦理准则。从形式和内容两方面,结合文化维度论中的不确定性规避指数(Uncer-tainty Avoidance Index,UAI)及个人主义(individualism,IDV)两个指数对各专业伦理守则进行分析,解读各国文化差异是影响各自专业伦理守则制订的重要因素之一。我国图书馆员专业伦理建设应结合本国文化背景,兼顾时代需求,守则内容应体现出专业团体及所属机构能给予雇员肯定和提升的空间。 This paper selects 33 library association codes of ethics that come from all over the world in the database of the IFLA, including German and Poland, etc. From the aspects of their modes and their contents, and by combining with cultural dimensions of uncertainty avoidance index （ Uncertainty Avoidance Index, UAI） and individualism （individualism）, analyzes these codes of ethics, and finds ：the difference of the national cultural is the external factor that leads to the inconsistency among professional codes of ethics for the librarians at abroad. In view of this, firstly we should take into account the cultural background and the needs of the time in the construction of professional ethics of librarians in our country.
