摘　　要： 本文针对目前材料科学与工程领域对人才的要求,阐述了高校培养材料科学与工程专业本科生科研素养于个人、行业、国家的意义,并从灌注研究型学习理念、搭建专业内部培养平台、引入"产学研"合作教育等方面,就如何构建材料科学与工程专业本科生科研素养培育体系进行了有益探索。 With the increasing demand for talents in materials science and engineering,this paper expounds that fostering the materials science and engineering undergraduate students＇ quality for scientific research is significant to individuals,industries and nations.Also,this paper further explores the way to build the system of fostering these undergraduate students＇ quality for scientific research from three main aspects,namely,instilling idea of scientific research,forming a platform of internal professional fostering and introducing ＇Industries,Universities and Research Institutes＇ co-operative education.
