摘 要: 采用乳化剂聚氧乙烯脱水山梨醇油酸酯(Tw-80)和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(Tx-10)乳化助溶,利用正交试验法对聚六亚甲基胍(PHMG)与阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)的复配物进行助溶实验。结果表明,Tw-80和Tx-10在单一使用时对助溶效果均没有作用,但2者配合使用对助溶效果存在高度显著的交互作用。Tw-80和Tx-10产生最佳交互作用时的添加质量分数分别为1%和3%,以此量添加Tw-80和Tx-10可使PHMG与LAS复配后呈均一、透明、稳定的性状。该复配物的杀菌消毒效果优于同含量(质量分数1%)的PHMG原液。 The orthogonal experiments were designed to study the solubilization of the compound composed of polyhexamethylene guanidine(PHMG) and an anionic surfactant,linear alkylbenzene sulfonates(LAS),with polysorbate80(Tw-80) and nonyl phenol ethoxylate(Tx-10)as emulsifiers to accelerate the solubility.The results indicated the obvious interaction which could accelerate the solubility as Tw-80 and Tx-10 cooperated,while neither of them worked as used singly.And the compound of PHMG and LAS appeared homogeneous,clear and steady when the optimum addition concentration of Tw-80 and Tx-10 was 1% and 3% respectively.The disinfectant effect of this compound is superior to the same concentration(1%) PHMC Oleo stock.
