摘　　要： 我国教学研究型大学的院级实验室在管理与运作方面普遍存在不少困难和问题。华南农业大学食品学院实验室对此进行了一些改革并收到了较好的效果:采用教学科研双轨制管理,建立大学科实验中心;建立网络服务平台,提高实验室利用率;加强与企业的合作,建立实验室联合、开放运行机制。 In view of difficulties and problems in the college laboratory management of teaching and research for university,the school of food science of South China Agricultural University reformed the laboratory management and achieved the good results.The major reform measures include introducing two-track management between teaching and research;establishing the complex-subjects experiment center;building up the computer management system and network platform;strengthening cooperation with enterprises and building operational mechanism of laboratory opening and uniting in the universities.
