摘　　要： 阐述了基于功能分析的机构设计方法和步骤,从产品功能出发,进行功能的描述与分解,功能求解,功能的评价和优化。并以锂电池套管机的垫片放置机构的设计为例,论述锂电池套管机垫片放置机构的设计过程,提出机构设计方案。 This paper describes mechanical design methods and steps based on functional analysis,mechanical design of mechanical products should be started from functional analysis of mechanical product,mechanism scheme obtained through functional description and decomposition of product,function solving,functional evaluation and optimization.Taking design of placing gasket mechanism as an example,the paper discusses mechanical design process of placing gasket mechanism of Lithium battery bushing machine based on functional analysis.
