水泥分解炉内煤焦及煤粉还原NO的试验

摘  要: 利用模拟分解炉悬浮及喷腾条件的气固试验台对水泥行业中2种典型煤样的煤焦及煤粉再燃条件下还原NO进行了试验研究,考察了在有无生料催化作用下煤焦及煤粉还原NO的特性.研究结果表明:煤粉对NO的还原能力远强于煤焦,对不同挥发分含量的煤粉,随着挥发分含量增加,煤粉还原NO的能力增强;水泥生料对煤焦及煤粉还原NO均具有一定的催化作用,且水泥生料对挥发分较高的烟煤还原NO催化作用更强;煤焦及煤粉对NO的还原作用随温度升高而增强,且水泥生料对煤粉及煤焦还原NO的催化作用随着温度的升高而增加. Reduction of NO by coal and char was investigated in a high temperature gas-solid reactor under the suspension and spray condition of industry precalciner.The effects of temperature and the presence of cement raw meal on the reduction of NO were discussed.The results indicate that the reduction capacity of the Chenzhou char is weaker than that of the Chenzhou coal,and the higher volatile content in coal,the stronger reduction capacity of the coal.The NO reduction increases with the presence of cement raw meal,which suggests that the cement raw meal has positive catalytic effect on the reduction of NO. It is also found that the reduction capacity of the coal and char for NO becomes stronger with the rise of temperature and the catalysis of the cement raw meal becomes stronger with the increase of the reaction temperature.
