摘　　要： 以广东农村社区信息化服务为研究对象,提出了农村社区信息化服务满意度的内涵,构建了农村社区信息化服务满意度潜在变量结构方程模型及其观测模型。通过对广东农村社区进行实际调查获得统计数据,应用结构方程模型方法和SmartPLS软件对广东农村社区信息化服务满意度进行实证分析,找出影响农村社区信息化服务满意度的主要因素,为相关部门进一步完善农村社区信息化服务提供决策依据。 Rural community informatization services in Guangdong province were taken as research objects.The connotation of satisfaction of rural community informatization services was given out,and latent variables structural equation model and its observation model were established.Statistical data was obtained by conducting surveys in the rural communities of Guangdong province,and processed by taking empirical analysis through structural equation modeling approach and SmartPLS software.The outcome would be used to explore the factors that mainly affect the satisfaction as well as their influence.It was aimed to provide some scientific evidence for decision made on improving the quality of services for the governmental departments.
