摘　　要： 利用Y型嗅觉仪测定了桔小实蝇(Bactrocera dorsalis)雌成虫对甜橙(Citrus sinensis)精油的行为选择反应。结果表明,甜橙精油对桔小实蝇雌虫具有显著的引诱活性,且随着精油浓度的提高其引诱活性相应提高,当甜橙精油浓度为15μL/mL时,引诱率为75.0%。采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对甜橙精油进行了化学成分分析,表明该精油成分中烯萜类物质约占20.86%,醇类约占10.51%,醛类约占7.11%,推测烯萜类、醇类和醛类化合物可能是甜橙精油引诱桔小实蝇的主要成分。 The behavior response of essential oil from Citrus sinensis to female B.dorsalis was studied by Y-olfactometer.The results showed that the essential oil from C.sinensis had a significant attraction effect on female B.dorsalis and the activity of the essential oil increased gradually with concentrations of essential oil.At the concentrations of 15 μL/mL,the lure rate of female B.dorsalis was 75.0%.The components of the essential oil from C.sinensis were analyzed by GC-MS.The highest content was eneterpenes（20.86%）,alcohol（10.51%） and aldehydes（7.11%）.So,it is speculated that these compounds possibly were main attraction active components.
