摘　　要： 美国职业篮球联盟劳资双方有一种非常均衡的"责、权、利",为了探讨劳资双方的这种"均衡",文章采用文献研究法和对比分析法,对实现劳资"均衡"关系的劳资协议、工资帽、奢侈税等进行了初步的研究,结果发现"球员工会"在与资方的谈判中起着保护球员利益的关键作用。劳资协议能有效维护球员的正当权益,这对我国的职业体育的发展有着极大的启示作用。 The balanced duty, right and interest exist in labor and capital. In order to explore this balance, this paper uses documentary and analytical methods with which the paper makes a plot study of CBA, salary cap and luxury tax, etc. The finding shows that NBPA plays a critical role in protecting the players＇ interest, and it can set us a good enlightenment in developing the Chinese professional sports.
