摘 要: 工业以太网作为一种全新的"现场总线"是未来工业控制网络的必然选择,它以一种高度开放、使用灵活方便、功能强大的新型工业控制网络以非常高的效率把企业的现场设备层、控制层以及管理层连接在一起,形成以网络集成自动化为基础的企业信息系统;文中在深入研究ARM控制技术和Ethernet现场总线技术基础之上设计了一种基于Ethernet现场总线的多协议网络通信系统,该系统成功嵌入了SERCOSIII协议与TCP/IP协议,设计了优化的任务调度以满足系统的实时性,并通过仿真验证了系统满足实时性、确定性及可靠性的要求,两个以太网帧间隔小于10 ms;系统可嵌入各种功用性的控制协议。 Industrial Ethernet as a whole new" Fieldbus" is the Inevitable choice in Industrial control networks in future. It is in a highly open, use flexible, powerful features of the new industrial control networks and connected the companys Scene machine, layer control layer and management together at a very high Efficiency, forms a enterprise information system network based On Integrated Automation Net- work. This paper has designed a multi-- protocol network communication system based on Ethernet field bus after depth study of ARM con- trol technology and Ethernet fieldbus technology. The system has successfully implements the SERCOSIII protocol, TCP/IP Stack into the Embedded systems. Designed optimize task scheduling to meet real--time system. At last, the system is Verified to be stability and reliability through the simulation system. System can be embedded in various of functions control protocol
