摘 要: 企业家是如何做出创新决策的?基于对企业家创新活动本质的分析,通过考察企业家才能与创新机会的动态匹配,本文在微观层面构建一个创新决策模型。我们发现:1)市场的信息发现功能对创新激励至关重要;2)创新过程中观察到的"外生"信号是否"正面"是进一步创新的决定性因素;3)创新机会可被分享程度将会影响到市场对企业家的创新"奖励";4)保留收益水平、知识产权保护、市场有效性等外部因素会影响企业家的创新热情。 How does an entrepreneur make innovation decision? Based on the analysis of essences of entrepreneurial innovation activity, we construct a micro decision-making model of innovation by exploring the dynamic matching between entrepreneurial talent and innovation opportunity. We show that, the market function to discover information is very important for innovation incentive; the degree to which the observed "exogenous" signal is positive affect definitively entrepreneur's further innovation decision; the degree to which the innovation opportunity can be shared determines how much market "rewards" the innovator; other influencing factors include reserving revenue, protection of intellectual property fight, market efficiency and so on.
