摘 要: 提出了一种新的本质安全评价方法——"基于健康安全环境和模糊逻辑的本质安全评价方法"。该方法分为总指标、分指标和子指标3个层次,充分考虑了健康、安全和环境因素,采用模糊逻辑运算方法对3个层次进行计算。其中,总指标层是总的本质安全指标的计算,即应用模糊理论的知识计算总的本质安全指标;分指标层主要是健康指标、安全指标和环境指标的计算,在计算时考虑了各子指标权重的大小;子指标层是每个分指标中子指标的计算。将该方法应用到乙酸生产的评价中,评价得出9个生产乙酸过程的本质安全性的高低。将本文方法与IBI和i-Safe法比较得出本文方法的特点:考虑的因素较多,覆盖面较广;在一定程度上克服了指标取值的主观性;评价过程的逻辑性较强;结果的灵敏度较高。 We develope a new method- Based on Health,Safety,Environment and Fuzzy Logic Inherent Safety assessing method.The method can be devided into three hierarchy:the first one is the overall inherent safety index;the second one is the devided indices,i.e.health index, safety index and environment index;the third one is the subindices.Using fuzzy logic to calculate the overall inherent safety index.The sum of product of subindices and their weights as the devided index's score.We used Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of subindices.The third hierarchy is the calculation of the subindices.Apply the proposed method,i-Safe and IBI to assess Acetic Acid manufacturing process.Then we compare and analyse the three methods.From the analysis we can know that the use of fuzzy logic result in the differences of assessing result of the three methods,and the proposed method have characters as follows:(1) the numer of parameter is more larger;(2) the subjectivity in the choice of parameters' score is less;(3) the assessing process is more logical;(4) the assessing result is more sensibility.
