摘　　要： 为了解江门三号人工鱼礁的投放对游泳生物的诱集效果,分别于2003年1月和2008年9月对江门三号人工鱼礁区进行了拖网和刺网的本底调查和跟踪调查。采用生物资源密度指数(D)、Margalef种类丰度指数(R)、Shannon-Winener多样性指数(H')、pileou均匀度指数(J')来研究水域生物的资源密度和种群多样性。拖网调查结果显示,投礁后礁区游泳生物种类数、总资源密度、种类丰度指数、多样性指数、均匀度均有明显的增加,分别是投礁前的4.875倍、51.073倍、3.801倍、1.864倍、1.058倍。刺网调查结果显示,投礁后礁区游泳生物种类数、总资源密度、种类丰度指数、多样性指数分别是投礁前的1.923倍、34.023倍、1.400倍、1.122倍。投礁后礁区鱼类成为主要的优势类群,表明鱼礁投放后,对鱼类的诱集效果显著,群落结构明显优化。江门三号礁区的人工鱼礁增殖体系已基本形成。 The background survey and tracking survey by trawl net and gill net of artificial reef area in Jiangmen city were carried out in Jan,2003 and sep,2008 respectively,for the purpose of ascertain the fish-aggregation effects of artificial reef of Jiangmen3.Several indexes were chosen for better explanation on resources density and multiformity of biological population by biomass density index（D）,Margalef species richness index（R）,Shannon-Winener diversity index（H＇） and pileou uniformity index（J＇）.The results of trawl net survey indicated that after deployment of artificial reefs,total number of species,biomass density index,Margalef species richness index,Shannon-Winener diversity index and pileou uniformity index of artificial reef area increased by 4.875 times,51.073 times,3.801 times,1.864 times and 1.058 times respectively.The results of gill net survey indicated that after deployment of artificial reefs,total number of species,biomass density index,Margalef species richness index and Shannon-Winener diversity index of artificial reef area increased by 1.923 times,34.032 times,1.400 times and 1.122 times respectively.These indexes were increased obviously.The fish became dominant species in tracking survey which were not abundant in background survey.It was concluded that the fish-aggregation effects were extraordinary,the resources level,community structure had improved a lot.The proliferation system of Jiangmen3 artificial reef had been engendered.
