摘 要: 根据温氏食品集团的内部运行情况,构建温氏食品集团的创新体系。在此基础上,为了解企业内部员工对该创新体系的认同和了解情况,设计相应调查问卷,对数据进行处理。采用单因素方差分析,研究不同因素对员工的评分差异的影响,寻找造成差异的主要原因,为集团创新体系的深化和推广提供量化分析。 This article constructed innovation system of wen's food group,according to the internal running situation of Wen.On this basis,in order to understand how the internal staff feel about the innovation system,the paper designed a questionnaire related to group's staff and processed collection data.The paper used analysis of single-factor variance to research notable differences of the staff's score by different factors and to find out the main reasons that caused the discrepancy,and provided quantitative analysis to the group for innovation system of deepening and promoting.
