摘　　要： 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法对全国城市社区658所中小学的体育设施对外的情况进行了调查,调查发现,我国有超过一半的学校具有开放意愿,超过50%的学校运动区与教学区分离,具备开放的条件,但开放率仅为27.8%。究其原因,政府管理、安全、学校资源、学校教学管理观念及政策法规因素是阻碍开放的六类主要因素,其中政府管理、安全和政策法规因素对学校开放的影响较大。 With the method of documentation,questionnaire,expert interview and statistics,the research conducted investigation on the sports facilities of 658 primary and middle schools in the communities of the urban regions of China.The research finds that more than half of the schools have the willingness to open their facilities to the public and more than 50% of schools have a clear separation between the sports facilities and the teaching facilities.However,only 27.8% of schools open their sports facilities to the public,due to six major reasons,such as government management,security,school resources,teaching management,awareness and policies and regulations,in which the government management,security and policies and regulations are the dominate factors.
