摘 要: 采用水培实验对蜈蚣草吸收As(Ⅲ)的吸收特性进行了研究,结果表明在各个处理浓度范围内,培养液中As(Ⅲ)的吸收效率随着时间递增.当处理浓度为10 m.gL-1时,24 h后蜈蚣草对As(Ⅲ)的吸收高达97.57%,而在处理浓度为500 m.gL-1和1000 m.gL-1时,蜈蚣草对As(Ⅲ)的吸收比例明显降低,吸收百分比分别仅有16.5%和3.43%.根据改良的M ichaelis-M enten方程,通过作图法求出了As(Ⅲ)初始浓度为10 m.gL-1时,蜈蚣草吸收动力学参数vm ax值为(0.183±0.006)m.gh-.1g-1,Km值(2.590±0.080)m.gL-1. In this paper,water culture experiment was employed to study arsenic absorption characteristics by Pteris vittata root segment.The results showed that accumulation efficiency of all treatment concentrations increased along with experiment time.When the concentration was 10 mg·L^-1,the absorption ratio was as high as 97.57% within 24 hours.But when the treatment concentrations were 500mg·L^-1 and 1000 mg·L^-1,the absorption ratios were significantly lower,which were only 16.5% and 3.43% respectively.According to the modified Michaelis-Menten equation,Vmax and Km were calculated using Line-weaver-Burk illustration method for the 10 mg·L^-1 As(Ⅲ) experimental data,which were(0.183±0.006) mg·h^-1·g^-1 and(2.590±0.080) mg·L^-1 respectively.
