摘　　要： 在波斯菊的种苗生产过程中常出现徒长现象。研究了不同浓度植物生长调节剂多效唑和比久对波斯菊种子萌发、幼苗生长、发育的影响,结果表明:采用多效唑667 mg/L处理2 h的波斯菊种子发芽率与喷清水的接近,且矮化效果最佳,比久对波斯菊矮化无显著效果。 The seedlings of Cosmos bipinnatus,always get excessive growth in production process.The effect of different conceactoution plant growth regulator such as paclobutrazol and daminozide on seed germination,seedling growth,development of Cosmous bipinnatuswere studied.The results showed that treatment of paclobutrazol（667 mg/L,2 h）had the best effect.Compared to the control,in this condition the germination rate of Cosmos bipinnatus was close to CK（seed treated with water）,the dwarf effect was the best.
