摘 要: 以乙酸、正己醇为原料,浓硫酸为催化剂,在常温下用超声合成了乙酸正己酯。实验针对有无超声、超声频率、超声声强、温度、催化剂用量等参数对催化合成乙酸正己酯的影响。得到30℃下的优化工艺条件为:声频10 kHz,声强1.0 W/cm2,催化剂用量1.0%(v/v)。实验结果表明,超声在常温下辅助合成乙酸正己酯有很好的效果,酯化率能达到50%以上。该方法具有反应条件温和、操作简单且反应速度很快等优点。 Acetic acid,hexyl alcohol and concentrated sulfuric acid were used for preparation of hexyl acetate by ultra-sound at room temperature.Ultrasonic frequency,ultrasonic intensity,temperature and amount of catalysts were inves-tigated.The optimum conditions at 30℃ were obtained as follows: the frequency is 10 kHz,ultrasound intensity is 1.0 W/cm2,the amount of catalyst is 1.0%(v/v).The results show that ultrasound can enhance the esterification of reac-tion and the yield of esterification can reach more than 50%.This method has some advantages such asmild reactin condition,simple operation and high reaction rate.
