摘 要: 讨论了常亮型扭曲90°和扭曲120°向列相液晶器件的偏光特点,分析了液晶分子在交流电场作用下重新取向后的扭曲特性,测试并对比了特定频率不同电压条件下液晶分子重新取向后的扭曲角度,采用光谱仪取代通常使用的分光光度计获得液晶器件的电光特性,对比度、阈值电压、饱和电压随入射光波长的变化关系。结果表明,采用光谱仪的方法是可行的,两种样品在可见光区域均具有较低的阈值电压和较高的对比度,扭曲120°的液晶样品具有相对比较陡峭的电光曲线。 polarizing Characteristic of bright-type twisted nematic liquid crystal in 90° and 120° was discussed in this paper.We analyse the distortion characteristics of liquid crystal molecules in the exchange of electric field after the re-orientation.We also test and compare the distorted angle of liquid crystal molecules in the specific frequency of different voltage conditions after the re-orientation.Using spectrograph instead of spectrophotometer to study liquid crystal electro-optical properties,contrast,threshold voltage,saturation voltage with the change of the incident light wavelength.The results show that using spectrometer is feasible.In the visible region the samples in 90°and 120°both have a lower threshold voltage and a higher contrast ratio.Twisted liquid crystal sample in 120° has relatively steep electro-optical curve.
