摘 要: 本文简述了异黄酮类化合物理化性质,及其在动物中主要作用:(1)具有雌激素样作用,(2)促进肌肉生长,(3)提高蛋鸡产蛋率,(4)增强母猪免疫功能。同时本文作者还采用化学合成的方法以间苯二酚及苯乙酸为原料,分别用原甲酸三乙酯/吡啶/六氢吡啶,醋酐/醋酸钠闭环,制得2位无取代基和2位甲基取代的异黄酮衍生物。 In this paper, we inedce the chemical and physical character of isoflavones, and theirmain functions in animal sciences: (1) Hate estrogen - like activity; (2) Promote the growth of muscle;(3)Lead higher peduction rate of hen; (4) Enhance the immunity of sow. Otherwise, we describe thechemical synthesis with phenyl acetic acid and resorcinol as starting materials. Under triethyl orthofor-mate/pyridine/ piperidine 5 get 2 - nonsubstituted compounds. If under acetic anhydride/ sodium acetate,get 2 - methyl substituted compounds.
