摘　　要： 针对上市公司股票流动性与资本结构的关系问题,采用实证研究的方法,发现股票流动性与资本结构之间存在显著性双向相关关系,且公司资本结构对其股票流动性为正相关关系,公司股票流动性对资本结构也为正相关关系。研究结论对上市公司调整资本结构和融资策略有指导意义。 In view of the relationship between stock liquidity and capital structure for listed companies,an empirical study was made.Findings show that there is a significant two-way correlation between stock liquidity and capital structure.The corporate capital structure is positively related with liquidity of its stock,and vice versa.Results offer significant guidance to listed companies in adjusting capital structure and financing strategies.
