摘 要: 《油脂化学》是河南工业大学特色专业一食品科学与工程专业油脂工程的主干课程。该文针对《油脂化学》课程特点和教学目的,从4个方面进行教学改革与尝试,激发了学生学习《油脂化学》的兴趣,提高了教学效果与教学质量,同时为其他相关课程的教学提供参考。 The Chemistry of Oils and Fats is main course of oil engineering of food science and technology in Henan University of Technology.Some questions of the teaching reforms of the Chemistry of Oils and Fats were discussed in the paper.The study interesting of students for the Chemistry of Oils and Fats can be actived using these methods.These teaching reforms of the Chemistry of Oils and Fats can also give some advices on the other course reforms.
