摘　　要： 在"产学研合作"人才培养理念指导下,笔者作为科技特派员,在派驻企业对应用型人才的培养以及教师工程实践经验的提升等方面进行了有益的探索和尝试。笔者以亲身经历,重点从生产实习、毕业论文、就业跟踪指导以及"双师型"教师培养等方面对科技特派员在"产学研合作"人才培养过程中的特殊作用进行了探讨。 With the conception of the talent fostering pattern of cooperation of industry,education and academy,some exploration and try were practiced to foster applied talents and to improve the engineering practice experience of teachers.The unique role of special commissioners in science and technology was illustrateed on productive practice,graduation thesis,employment and vocation guidance and teaching method.
