摘 要: 采用水蒸气蒸馏法研究马缨丹精油的最佳提取工艺。以精油提取量为考察指标,以提取时间、加水量、氯化钠浓度为研究因素进行L9(34)正交试验。结果表明,影响马缨丹精油提取的最主要因素是提取时间,其次是加水量,氯化钠浓度影响最小;最佳提取工艺条件为提取时间3 h,每200 g鲜叶加水量1 400mL,氯化钠浓度25 g/L。优选得到的工艺稳定可行,在最佳提取工艺条件下提取率为0.083%。 Essential oil was extracted from Lantana camara L.by the method of steam distillation.The optimum extraction process for essential oil was investigated by L9(34)orthogonal test.The results showed that the major affecting factor was extraction time(P﹤0.01),followed by water addition,while the effect of NaCl concentration was minimum.The optimized extraction process was as follows,extraction time,3 h;water addition,1 400 mL;NaCl concentration,25g/L.The method was stable and practicable,the extraction rate of essential oil was 0.083%.
