摘 要: 针对旋转超声加工中主轴上使用电刷存在的缺点,利用磁芯几何常数法设计了高频无接触旋转式变压器,取代了超声波发生器半桥逆变电路中的高频变压器,分析了一、二次侧绕组间距大小对旋转变压器的影响。实验结果表明:该方案解决了旋转超声加工中能量传递的问题,在工程上有一定的参考价值。 In order to conquer the shortcoming of the brush in rotary ultrasonic spindle, a high frequency contactless rotary transformer based on constant Kg was designed which replaced the high frequency transformer in half bridge inverter of the uhrasonic generator. The influence of the distance between former side and subsidiary side was analyzed. Experimental results show that this scheme is the solution for power supply. It has certain reference value in the project.
