摘　　要： 中小高新技术企业融资的路径受多种因素的影响,其中企业组织、出资者及政府行为是关键因素。一般而言,企业未来的现金流量与偿还债务能力及对当地GDP的贡献与对周边企业的推动力是出资者及政府考虑是否进行融资或政策支持的基本出发点,企业的收益预期与融资成本则为企业组织融资与否的决定性要素。结合以上三个关键性因素,以企业组织为重心,探讨我国中小高新技术的融资路径。 The financing path of small and medium-sized hi-tech enterprises is influenced by many factors.Enterprise organizations,investor and government behavior are the key factors.Generally speaking,the enterprise＇s future cash flow,the ability to repay its debt,the contribution to the local GDP and the promotion of peripheral enterprises are the main factors for contributors and government to consider whether they will provide financing or policy supports to the enterprises or not.Earnings forecasts and financing cost are the determining factors for enterprises to make financing decisions.The paper combined the three key factors mentioned above,with enterprise organization as the focus,and discussed the financing path of small and medium-sized hi-tech enterprises.
