摘　　要： 药膳产业有助于发挥中医药特色优势,造福人类健康,已成为我国健康产业的重要组成部分。试图通过对药膳产业的研究,建立药膳产业竞争力影响因素评价指标体系。通过研究药膳产业竞争力,分析影响药膳产业竞争力的各个因素,找出关键因素,科学评价药膳产业竞争力,为政府决策提供科学的依据。 The industry of food with Chinese medicines mixed in is helpful to display the characteristic superiority of Chinese medicine and benefit human health,which has become an important component of the healthy industry in our country.This research attempts to establish an evaluating indicator system of influencing factors of competitiveness of the industry of food with Chinese medicines mixed in.The paper,through the research on the industry of food with Chinese medicines mixed in,analyzes the key influencing aspects of the competitiveness of the industry,appraises its competitiveness scientifically,and aims at providing the government evidence of decision-making.
