摘　　要： 总结分析《实用医学杂志》处理作者网上留言工作的经验,在此基础上探讨如何妥善地回答作者提问,以加强编辑部与作者之间的良性互动,从而促进科技期刊的编辑出版工作。 This paper summarizes and analyzes the current status of online message service of sci-tech periodicals, and explores how to reply the messages properly, so as to promote the development of publishing work.
