摘 要: 采集了新疆5个不同产地的红花,采用氨基酸自动分析仪测定红花绒中氨基酸含量的方法。分析比较氨基酸的含量和比例,结果表明:和田产红花氨基酸总含量最低,伊犁产红花氨基酸总含量最高,其他3个产地的红花中氨基酸总含量差异不大,研究表明新疆不同产地红花中氨基酸总含量存在差异。 To determine the contents of amino acids in in safflower of five different habitats in xinjiang province through amino acid analyzer.The research results showed that total amino acid contents of safflower in Hetian area is lowest,total amino acid contents of safflower in Yili area is heightest,while total amino acid contents of safflower of three producing areas are not conspicuous.Total amino acid contents of safflower in different habitats in xinjiang are different.
