摘　　要： 目的:评价一种新型的SX2液体培养基对沙门氏菌的增菌效果。方法:对目标菌株的灵敏度、生长率、选择性及生化反应等几个方面进行测试,根据测试结果来判断新型培养基的增菌效果。结果:新型培养基与国标推荐方法中使用的培养基的增菌效果相当。结论:此液体培养基可以作为沙门氏菌的快速检测用增菌液。 The effectiveness of a new liquid culture media SX2 for Salmonella was evaluated.Several aspects,such as sensitivity,productivity,selectivity and biochemical events were tested,according to the test results to evaluate the effectiveness.The effectiveness of new liquid culture media was correspondent with routine.Finally,the new liquid culture media may be used as culture media for Salmonella rapid detection.
