摘　　要： 莱布尼兹和沃尔夫确立了对中国哲学的肯定和赞扬的格调,他们借中国之镜以照自己,妍其所妍而修其所丑。两相对照当中,也凸显出中国哲学有着黑格尔的思辨模式或者西方的理性主义传统压抑不住也掩没不了的价值和意义,同时它也拥有西方由理性主义发展出来的科学主义所不能替代的优异和卓越。 Leibniz and Wolff have established a eulogistic and affirmative approach to Chinese Philosophy. They take China as a mirror to rectify themselves, correcting the mistake and maintaining their advantages. In this process, we also realize that Chinese Philosophy has the unique value and significance which can not be eclipsed by Hegel＇s speculative mode of thinking or Occidental rationalist tradition, that is, Chinese Philosophy has its own outstanding and remarkable functions that can not be replaced by Scientism evolved from Occidental rationalism.
