摘　　要： 探讨了我国建筑节能的现状,分析了建筑外墙保温基质材料的特点,对建筑外墙保温技术施工方法进行了系统的比较分析,总结出了科学的保温基质材料的选用原则以及外墙保温技术施工方法,以期对实际保温工程中的质量安全问题起积极的防范作用,同时对建筑节能技术做出积极的贡献。 The current situation of building energy saving and the building＇ s exterior wall matrix material are discussed. And the construction technology of the building＇ s exterior wall is studied in a systematic method of comparative analysis. And sumes up the scientific principles of the selection on thermal insulation and the insulation technology construction methods of the exterior wall. The insulation work on the actual quality of the preventive security issues play an active role in building energy saving technologies and make a positive contribution at the same time.
