摘 要: 低温条件下,用甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)和浓磷酸制备一种羟基磷酸酯功能单体,将其与丙烯酸酯类单体共聚制备一种功能性苯丙防锈乳液,对该改性苯丙乳液及其涂膜进行了性能测试,并采用IR、SEM、Tafel和粒径分析进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的乳液反应体系稳定,乳液粒径约为100 nm,粒径分布均匀并具有窄分布的特点;当羟基磷酸酯用量为单体总质量的4%时,其漆膜的耐水性及耐盐雾性能达到最佳,无闪蚀现象,腐蚀电流较小,为1.376×10-8A,说明涂层的耐腐蚀能力较强。 Hydroxyl phosphate as a functional monomer was synthesized at a low temperature,using GMA and phosphoric acid as base material.The end product was subsequently copolymerized with acrylic monomers to prepare a styrene-acrylic emulsion.The modified styrene-acrylic emulsion was characterized by means of IR,SEM,Tafel and particle size analysis and the performance of its film was tested.The results show that the waterborne anti-corrosion emulsion reaction system was stabile and the particle diameter of emulsion was about 100 nm,with relatively narrow and even distribution.When the dosage of hydroxyl phosphate was 4%,the coating prepared with the emulsion exhibited the best corrosion resistance and overall performance,without flash-rust resistance.The corrosion current of the paint film was 1.376×10-8 A,which is better than the commercial waterborne anti-corrosion coating film in terms of anti-corrosion properties.
