摘　　要： 公司与农户之间高违约率的事实,已经成为制约我国农业产业化经营快速发展的难题。通过指出"公司+农户"型经营组织违约现状及危害性,从经济学的角度分析违约率高的原因,在此基础上提出进一步完善"公司+农户"型经营组织的对策,力求构建有效的预防违约机制。 The fact of high violation rate between company and peasant household has already become one difficulty which restricts fast development of agriculture industrial production management in our country. This article pointed out the present situation and the hazardous nature of ＂company ＋ peasant household＂ type management organization and violation prevention mechanism, analyzed the reason of high rate violation from the economic angle. Based on this, it proposed further consummates of operation scheme＇s countermeasure ＂the company ＋ peasant household＂, and tried hard to construct the effective violation prevention mechanism.
