摘 要: 从红掌栽培基质中分离获得对红掌具有致病性的菌株4-1,经16SrDNA序列比对分析,菌株4-1与微杆菌(Microbacterium sp.)BM-25的16SrDNA序列相似性达98%,与沼生微杆菌(M.chocolatum)、氧化烃微杆菌(M.hydrocarbonoxydans)、海洋微杆菌(M.thalassium)、过氧微杆菌(M.paraoxydans)、氧化微杆菌(M.oxydans)、弗拉维微杆菌(M.fluvii)、产胡萝卜素微杆菌(M.kitamiense)的序列相似度达到97%,与水稻红条斑病菌(Microbacterium sp.)的同源性达96.6%,菌株4-1初步鉴定为微杆菌(Microbacterium sp.)。 Strain with pathogenicity to A nthrium andraeanum was recovered from cultivation substrate. The sequence analysis results of 16SrDNA from strain 4-1 showed that its sequence homology with Microbacterium sp. was 98%, and its sequence homology with M. chocolatum, M.hydrocarbonoxydans, M.thalassium, M.paraoxydans, M.oxydans, M.fluvii, M.kitamieuse and the pathogen of rice red stripe (Microbacterium sp.) was all 97%. Based on the results, the strain 4-1 belonged to Microbacterium.
