摘　　要： 都市社会"80后"青年人群中,来自农村的"凤凰男"和出身城市的"孔雀女"所组建的错位婚姻家庭越来越普遍,网络上、电视电影上和现实生活中弥漫着大量关于"凤凰男"和"孔雀女"家庭的矛盾和冲突,其中尤以围绕小孩抚养产生的婆媳冲突最为激烈。文章分析了"凤凰男"和"孔雀女"家庭中农村婆婆和城市媳妇在小孩抚养过程中出现的小孩定位、消费理念、生活方式、代际资源、性别角色和家务劳动分配这五种冲突类型及其影响机制。错位婚姻家庭中的婆媳冲突表面上是日常生活中的家庭矛盾,实质上却是农村青年精英向上流入都市社会之后无法摆脱出身农村家庭低社会地位的先赋性因素制约而面临的"结构性弱势"。这种"结构性弱势"在转型时期国家和市场的双重形塑下体现了"凤凰男"自致性个体社会地位和先赋性家庭社会地位之间的张力,同时也决定了错位婚姻家庭中婆媳冲突必将长期存在。 Among the urban Post-80's,more and more mismatched families are set up by 'Phoenix Boy' from rural area and 'Peacook Girl' from the city.Conflicts of this kind of familes,especially the conflicts focusing on children raising,are everywhere on the internet,in the TV shows and movies and in the real life as well.This article analyzes five kinds of conflicts between mothers and daughters - in - law produced during children raising process and its influencing mechanism in this kind of mismatched families,including the role of kids,consume idea,life style,the resources between generations,the roles of genders and the distribution of house work.To all appearances,the conflicts are the contradiction in daily life.However,it is in fact a kind of 'Structrual Weakness' of young rural elites who have achieved a higher social status by moving from rural to the city.Shaped by the dural mechanism of state and market in social trasformation,this ' Structural Weakness' makes a complex relationship between the ascribed familiy status and the self - control individual status in the 'Phoenix Boy',which predicts the long term existence of mothers and daughters - in - law conflicts in mismatched families.
