摘　　要： 论述了中国女性科技研究者在推动中国科技进步和发展的过程中起着越来越重要的作用，提出了在科技领域工作的女性在数量上大幅度增加、从事科研的范围拓宽、所取得的研究成果与男性平分秋色的看法． The author demonstrates that Chinese woman researchers are playing more and more inportant role in promoting Chinese scientific and technological progress and development,and concluded that the number of woman engaging in scientifc and techuological research has been incveased,their research area,extended.Therefore Chinese Womar Share the Same acedemic achivements with man.
