摘 要: 2008—2009年对广东省东莞市大岭山10-20年生岭丰糯荔枝光合特性进行研究,并与优质荔枝品种糯米糍进行比较。从光合作用速率、叶绿素荧光动力学及树体碳素营养储备的角度分析了岭丰糯高产稳产的生理基础。结果表明,岭丰糯开花前树体碳素营养储备水平、叶绿素含量、光合速率略高于糯米糍,但未达显著水平。岭丰糯叶绿素荧光动力学参数与糯米糍无显著差异,但其光合速率随叶绿素累积而增加的速率高于糯米糍,意味着发育中的叶片能更快地完成从"库"转为"源",因而其新叶光合能力更强,有利于高产稳产。 The photosynthesis indicators of new litchi cultivar lingfengnuo in Dalingshan town of Dongguan city were measured in 2008 and 2009,and compared with those of Nuomici,a cultivar with high quality fruit.The physiological aspects for lingfengnuo's high-yielding ability were analyzed from photosynthesis rate,chlorophyll fluorescence and tree carbon nutrition reserves.The results showed that the tree carbon reserve,the chlorophyll content,and the net photosynthetic rate of lingfengnuo were only slightly higher than those of nuomici before flowering.No significant difference was found in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters between the two cultivars.However,the net photosynthetic rate increased faster in young leaves of lingfengnuo,with the accumulation of chlorophylls,suggesting that the young leaves of lingfengnuo changed faster from sink to source.This may account for why lingfengnuo's yields are generally higher than Nuomici's.
