摘 要: 压电锥形流管无间泵是容积型往复式泵的一种新形式,其动力源振动子的振动与活塞式的振动截然不同。文章着重分析了这种泵的振动及泵体容积变化量,同时用实验证明了理论分析的正确性。为进一步分析压电锥形流管无间泵流动原理打下了基础。 The valveless,piezoelectric diffuser/nozzle--based fluid pump is a new kind of the volume-type reciprocating pumps, the vibration of whose driving-force resource, the vibrator, differstotally from that of the piston-type pump.This paper stresses on analyzing the vibration of thepump and the changed amount of the chamber volume,and the theoretical analysis has been provedright throuth experiments,which have set up a basis for further analyzing principles of the valveless, plezoelectric diffuser/nozzle-based fluid pump.
