摘　　要： 风险资本市场正成为培育高新技术企业的市场,在企业发育成长的各个阶段为其提供相应的资金来源。风险资本运作机制在技术创新和金融创新的过程中不断完善和发展起来,但是不可否认的是,其发展过程中也出现了一些结构性问题,值得我们深思。 Venture capital market is becoming cultivate high-tech enterprises in the market,in the enterprise growth stages of offer for its corresponding capital source.Venture capital operation mechanism in the technological innovation and financial innovation in the process of developing and perfecting up,but it is undeniable that its development process also appeared some structural problems,is worth us thinking deeply.
