摘　　要： 2010年以来,中山市的金融服务业进入快速发展期,各类金融服务机构相继进驻发展,新型农村金融机构和小额贷款公司试点工作有序推进,企业上市的步伐加快,金融对经济的支撑作用明显增强,资本市场中的"中山板块"正在形成。金融服务业的发展,依赖于金融人才的支撑,作为中山本地的唯一具有金融类相关专业的高职院校——中山职业技术学院应如何适应形势,调整专业设置,优化人才培养,满足人才需求是本文研究的重点。 Finance service trade has developed quickly in Zhongshan since 2010.Various financial service organizations,including such experiment units as rural ones and small credit companies,have been stationed in succession.Enterprises quicken their steps to go on the market.It is clear that finance plays more and more important part in economy.Zhongshan capital market is coming into being.Since the development of finance service trade is supported by finance talents,it is important for Zhongshan Polytechnic,the only local vocational college having finance specialties,to revise specialty setting and improve high-qualified talents so as to meet the needs of the market.
