摘　　要： :利益与法的关系问题是马克思主义哲学理论中非常重要的内容。把利益主要归为经济基础的范畴来论述它对法的决定作用 ,力图从法反映利益、利益分化是法的来源和前提、统治阶级利益决定法的性质、利益变化发展决定法的变化发展。 The relationship between interest and law is very important in Marxist pholosphy.This article discusses the decisive effect of interest on law by defining interest into economic basis.Then,it tries to explain that interest determines law overall from five aspects,including law reflection interest,interest breaking-up,ruling class the nature of law,interest varies the decission on change of law,interest assimilation leads to the dying-out of law.
