摘 要: 探讨了不同方法提取海洋红酵母甘露聚糖,得出酶法为最优提取方法,考察酶量、时间、温度、pH值对酵母甘露聚糖提取率的影响。正交试验结果表明,溶菌酶量240U/g、时间2h、温度50℃、pH值5.0时甘露聚糖提取率可达到6.63%。该试验结果为开发海洋红酵母提取甘露聚糖提供了理论依据。 A kind of mannosan was extracted from marine Rhodotorula by different ways. The results showed that the enzyme-assisted extraction was the optimal method. The effects of lysozyme dosage, extraction time, extraction temperature and pH value on the mannosan extraction were investi- gated. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: lysozyme dosage 240U/g, hydrolysis time 2h, hydrolysis temperature 50~C and pH value 5.0. Under these conditions, mannosan extraction rate could reach 6.63%. This research could provide good reference for development of mannosan from marine Rhodotorula
