摘 要: 在pH=9.26的氨-氯化铵缓冲溶液中,铽Ⅲ与环丙沙星反应形成络合物,而后加入十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)形成了三元体系,其最佳激发、发射波长分别为λex=330nm、λem=545 nm。在该反应体系中加入适量雷公藤红素溶液,铽Ⅲ与环丙沙星络合物的激发、发射波长位置不变,但荧光强度有规律下降。利用这一现象,建立了测定雷公藤红素的荧光分析方法。雷公藤红素浓度在7.2×10-6~4.4×10-5mol/L范围内符合线性关系;方法检出限为3.1×10-8mol/L。 In the NH3-NH4Cl buffer solution(pH 9.26),terbium(Ⅲ) and ciprofloxacin(CPFX) react to form a coordinate compound.The maximum excitation wavelength is 330nm and the maximum emission is 545 nm.Addition of SDS solution can obviously enhance the fluorescence intensity and the addition of celastrol can diminish the fluorescence intensity of the complex,while the locations of the excitation and emission wavelengths are unchange eable.A new method was proposed for the fluorimetric determination of celastrol based on that mentioned above.The method is simple,rapid and sensitive.The linear range is 7.2×10-6~4.4×10-5 mol/L.The detection limit of the method is 3.1×10-8 mol/L.
