新型非对称同向自洁型双螺杆混合过程模拟表征

摘  要: 介绍了新型非对称同向自洁型双螺杆端面造型特点及运动关系,建立了转速比为2/1的两根螺杆端面造型的物理模型。基于准静态假设,采用叠加网格技术,借助商用Polyflow软件,分别对新型非对称双螺杆和传统双螺杆端面内的周期性二维流动和混合进行数值模拟研究。以分散准数为指标,进行了静态混合及动力学行为表征。通过粒子示踪技术,得出累积分散准数和最大分散准数,分析新型非对称双螺杆和传统双螺杆的二维流场混合行为的差异,进一步探索螺杆造型对混合过程的影响规律。 The cross-section geometry and motion behavior of the novel co-rotating non-symmetric twin screws are introduced, and the physical model of the cross-section of such screws is established with the rotation ratio of 2/1. Based on the quasi-steady assumption, using the mesh superposition technique, the two-dimensional periodical flows and mixing performance in the traditional twin screws and the novel co-rotating non-symmetric twin screws are simulated respectively with the aid of the finite element package Polyflow. In terms of mixing index, the characterization of the static mixing condition and the dynamic behavior are carried out. Adapting the particle tracking technique, the distributions of cumulative mixing index and the maximum mixing index are obtained, then the mixing behavior differences between traditional twin screws and novel co-rotating non-symmetric screws are analyzed. It follows that the relationship between the screw cross-section shape and the mixing performance is investigated.
